AI agents & copilots
Bespoke agents that take real actions in your tools — CRM, ticketing, document workflows, internal apps.
AI in Brighton & Hove
If you’re a business in Brighton, Hove or anywhere across Sussex looking to bring AI into the way you work — we build it. From practical agents and copilots to full transformation programmes, with a team that’s been delivering software here for over a decade.
Things we build
Bespoke agents that take real actions in your tools — CRM, ticketing, document workflows, internal apps.
RAG over your own documents, contracts, knowledge bases — so staff and customers get instant, sourced answers.
Replace manual triage, routing and back-office work with AI pipelines that integrate with what you already run.
Pulling structured data out of forms, emails, PDFs and images — into the systems where you need it.
End-to-end design and build of internal tools or commercial products with AI at their core.
Mapping where AI actually pays off in your estate, prioritising the work, and right-sizing the change.
We’re happy to meet in person in Brighton & Hove, work remote across the UK, or anything in between. If you’d rather just have a conversation about what AI could do for you — that’s a good place to start.
Common questions
Practical, production-grade work — custom AI agents and copilots, retrieval-augmented (RAG) document Q&A and search, workflow and process automation, data extraction from forms/emails/PDFs, and bespoke AI-native products.
We also help upstream of the build: deciding where AI is worth applying in the first place, and what should be left alone.
No. We work remotely with clients across the UK, and are happy to meet in person if you’re in Brighton, Hove or anywhere on the south coast. Brighton AI gives our AI services a local home — the engagements themselves aren’t restricted to Sussex.
Most projects start with a short discovery — a few hours to map the problem, the data, and where AI fits. From there we run a focused pilot over a few weeks, then expand into full delivery and handover.
Discovery is fixed-fee. Build work is either fixed-scope or time-and-materials, whichever fits the shape of the work better.
That’s where a lot of engagements start. The most useful first step is usually mapping where the actual value is — which manual tasks, decisions or content workflows are AI-shaped — rather than picking a tool first and looking for a problem.
Happy to talk that through before any commitment.
We design with these in from the start — UK GDPR, data residency, and choosing the right model (private/local vs hosted) for the sensitivity of the data. Digital Tactics has a dedicated AI ethics service and the same principles apply to every Brighton AI engagement.
